    Really good experience! The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, from made-to-order omelets to fresh fruits and Colombian marmalades. The staff consistently were pretty good, remember my coffee preference by the second day. The location is ideal, with a fantastic mall across the street and excellent dining options nearby.

    The hotel is located right across from Unicentro Mall, a lifesaver for our family with 5 kids. The staff in the breakfast room were very kind and always ready to help make our mornings easier. Plus, the spacious room was perfect for our needs.

    My wife thinks the kids wished for better pool facilities.

    I previously stayed in bogota and sonesta hotel was a significant upgrade. The staff was friendly and remembered my coffee preference by the second day. The breakfast buffet was excellent, filled with variety, including freshly made omelets and delicious fruit.

    I loved how close this hotel was to El Country Park, just about a 10-minute walk away, perfect for leisurely strolls, and the vibrant local dining options like Sierra Nevada Hamburguesas y Malteadas were just a step from my room. The friendly reception staff were really attentive throughout my stay. Just be aware, I did hear a bit of noise from events happening in nearby conference areas, but it didn't really disrupt my stay.
